I'm a full-time, professional Realtor. My talents include marketing, sales, communications, and small, corporate business ownership. * BS from Temple University in Communications. * 15 year ownership as Founder of a marketing and communications corporation for national broadcast production companies and Fortune 500 corporations. Past clients include CBS Sunday Morning Show with Charles Kuralt, This Week in Baseball, NFL Films, Wyeth Labs, E.I. Personal I took my first winter vaction in 1979 to Captiva Island, and by 1983 I purchased a single family home there while I continued to manage my corporation in Philadelphia. I'm from the Philadelphia area (West Chester, and Broomall), and Avalon, NJ. I've lived, permanently, in Southwest Florida for the last 15 years. I'm a boater, both sail and motor boat. I obtained an U.S. Coast Guard "Captain's" (6 pack) License back in the 80s. I also like to golf, plus attend and perform in the theatre. I've acted on stage at the Pirate Playhouse on Sanibel (now The Schoolhouse Theater) and for the Florida Rep at the Arcade Theater in Fort Myers. I'm also a football fan, an especially big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. I used to cover the Eagles football games and Coach Dick Vermeil's press conferences during the 80s when I owned RSVP, Inc. Over the years, I've volunteered, locally, to do public relations work at Habitat for Humanity, plus I'm a big contributor to Heifer International. I also founded Wildflowers, a grass roots orgainzation that obtained computers for the Sanibel Elemenatry School. I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. ...........................   SELLERS!
